Growing up. I suggest you stop and revert back to your less mature frat boy ways. Get a few too many roomates to up the testosterone level, scatter a few half naked posters of women around and host a noisy messy beer pong tournament weekly. This should help to absorb any of those pesky "grown up particles" and have you breathing normally in no time. Either that or you may have some type of mold problem which none of this will fix.
